Stats and a little background….

Hello! I am trying to lose weight the healthy way! Last year I kinda started my weight loss and it wasnt in the best way, I started this blog as an ana blog which wasnt really what I had wanted. When I started to look up weight loss there was a ton of “pro ana” thinspo so  I started going to the pages and not eating and lost like 20 lbs which I thought was great. I dont know why I started eating again honestly I think I was just hungry but I am glad I did. After the summer went by I put back on all the weight I had lost (pretty quickly too) just by regular eating and I realized I needed to do this a better way, a healthy way. And not only to be thin, but to be fit and healthy! So here is my new and improved blog!
